Pauline Rock
I am an experienced Realtor® with over 32 years in the real estate industry, proudly serving Southern Maine and New Hampshire’s Seacoast. Having successfully guided more than 1,400 clients through their home sales and purchases, I bring proven expertise, strategic marketing, and strong negotiation skills to every transaction.
My real estate career originally began in the state of Maine. I built my career on trust, professionalism, and results. Now with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in Portsmouth, I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy time with family, exploring the coast, and giving back to the community in my town of Dover, NH. My focus remains on providing the highest level of service, clear communication, and skilled representation to make each client’s experience seamless and successful.

I am a dedicated Realtor® serving the NH Seacoast and Southern Maine, bringing deep local knowledge and a strong work ethic to my clients. I have lived in Durham, NH since childhood, and hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and a doctorate from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. I prioritize market knowledge, effective communication, and negotiation skills to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, the outdoors, and taking part in my community. With over 20 years living in the Seacoast area and many summer weekends spent on Lake Winnipesaukee, I am well-versed in the best spots and activities that cater to a wide range of interests.
